GawacWin™ software requires a password and username to activate it. Once you have downloaded the software, we will issue a username and password to you. If you have not received your password within one business day, please contact ecmkt@maccaferri-usa.com.

Save the software to your local drive, unzip the file (if necessary) and run the executable file to install the software onto your computer. If required, please have your password and username ready for entry at the time of installation.

Each software has comprehensive "Help" guides. However, should you encounter difficulties in the use of the product, please contact our technical department; tech@maccaferri-usa.com for USA and West Indies users or hq@maccaferri-canada.com for Canadian users.
